It does not host government records and is not connected to the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds, Jackson County Assessment, the Lee's Summit City Clerk, any court, or another public custodian.

11. Missouri Law
Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record requests directed to government custodians are separately governed by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610. Its policy favoring open records appears in §610.011; §610.023 addresses custodians and requests, §610.026 addresses copying and research charges, and §610.028 requires a written public-records policy. Those statutes do not alter these private terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
